2002 Internet "Web Site" Monthly Sweepstakes
Official Rules — No Purchase Necessary
1.
HOW TO ENTER: HOW TO ENTER: Complete the official
entry information found at this web site including
your complete name and address. Entry must be
received by midnight EDT, on 03/31/02, when the
sweepstakes ends. Limit one entry per household/E-Mail
address per month.
2.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to Internet
subscribers 18 years of age and over who are residents
of the U.S. Employees of Fisher Multimedia, its
affiliated electronics divisions, advertising
and promotion agencies and the families of each
are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
All federal, state and local laws and regulations
apply.
3.
DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on
or about 03/31/02 by an independent judging organization
whose decisions are final with respect to all
matters relating to this sweepstakes. The odds
of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received. All entries are the property of Fisher
Multimedia, and no entries will be acknowledged.
Any prize notification returned to Sponsor as
undeliverable, will result in awarding of prize
to an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded.
Winner agrees that Fisher Multimedia, its electronics
divisions and agencies shall have no liability
in connection with the acceptance or use of the
prize awarded herein. All federal, state and local
taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. No
substitution or transfer of prize permitted by
winner. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes
permission to use winner's name and/or likeness
for advertising/trade purposes without further
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
4.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: (2) Grand
Prizes — A Fisher DCS-DA370, CD micro shelf
system with motorized CD door. Total approximate
retail of prizes: $299.98. Limit one prize per
family/household. If prize is generally not available
at sweepstakes end, sponsor reserves the right
to substitute another prize of equal or greater
value.
5.
